After watching this Ted Talk video I found it very interesting when she mentioned the memory part of the brain. She stated how can our brain's hold a memory that lasts a lifetime. I've always wondered about how our brain works to retain all the information we learn and also how we can remember so many memories. I agree with her on how we can let life pass us and not really pay attention to how unhappy we are with ourselves, it seems like life can be still at times but in reality, time never stays still, it's always on the move and now that I've been working out I feel happier now and feel more energized.
